Born from a shared passion for exceptional food and outstanding service, the Amigos chain was launched in 1993. Over the years, Amigos proudly expanded the brand across 11 stores, creating a community of loyal customers and lovers of great cuisine. After a successful journey, the Amigos brand was sold and sights were quickly set on a fresh new adventure.

In 2020, with the opening of the first store in Williamstown, Hola Mexico was born. Fuelled by a desire to bring authentic Mexican cuisine to life, the brand quickly expanded opening a second store at Karingal Hub in 2022. Now, the team are thrilled to announce the third store is underway in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, marking another exciting chapter in the Hola Mexico journey.
